Continuous Improvement Leader and Manufacturing Engineer with over 30 years of manufacturing experience in the aerospace, automotive, architectural hardware and firearms industries. Lean-trained and certified facilitator in the Toyota Production System working for world-class companies such as United Technologies, Standard Motor Products, Assa Abloy, TI Automotive Group, and Savage Arms. Currently retired and working as a consultant leading cross-functional Kaizen teams in a variety of continuous improvement activities.
